Sorasy provides a platform for generating AI-powered videos using OpenAI's Sora 2 technology. Our services include:

Image-to-video generation
Prompt templates and workflows
Video storage and download capabilities
User account management and billing

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Video Generation Services

Content Creation

You may generate videos using text prompts and/or reference images
Generated videos are created using OpenAI's Sora 2 technology through our API partners
Video generation typically takes 5-10 minutes per video
We do not guarantee specific video quality, content, or generation success

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to videos you generate using our platform
We do not claim ownership of your generated content
You may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

Content Restrictions

You agree not to generate content that:

Contains nudity, sexual content, or adult material
Depicts violence, gore, or harmful activities
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Community Conduct & Comments

Treat other creators with respect when using Sorasy’s sharing features.
Keep discussions focused on creative feedback; no personal attacks, harassment, or sensitive personal data.
External links inside comments are limited to sorasy.com resources. Any other links are automatically removed.
Comments may be moderated or removed at our discretion if they violate these Terms or create security risk.
Repeated violations of these community rules can result in account suspension.

Billing and Payments

Credits System

Video generation costs 1 credit per video, regardless of duration or quality
Credits are consumed only upon successful video generation
Failed generations do not consume credits
Credits expire 30 days after purchase

Subscription Plans

Free Plan: 50 credits (one-time)
Pro Plan: 1000 credits per month for $9.99
Credit Packages: Additional credits available for purchase

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Unused credits are non-refundable

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
