Sorasy provides a platform for generating AI-powered videos using OpenAI's Sora 2 technology. Our services include:
- Text-to-video generation
- Image-to-video generation
- Prompt templates and workflows
- Video storage and download capabilities
- User account management and billing
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- You may generate videos using text prompts and/or reference images
- Generated videos are created using OpenAI's Sora 2 technology through our API partners
- Video generation typically takes 5-10 minutes per video
- We do not guarantee specific video quality, content, or generation success
- You retain all rights to videos you generate using our platform
- We do not claim ownership of your generated content
- You may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- You represent and warrant that you own, control, or have explicit permission to use every prompt, reference image, logo, trademark, and other input material you submit.
- You represent and warrant that your generated output usage will not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights.
- You must keep sufficient authorization evidence (for example: licenses, written permissions, or source ownership records) and provide it upon reasonable request.
You agree not to generate content that:
- Contains nudity, sexual content, or adult material
- Depicts violence, gore, or harmful activities
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Rights holders (or authorized agents) can submit complaints through Infringement Report or by email at [email protected].
- Initial review and ticket acknowledgment are typically completed within 2 business days.
- For high-confidence and high-risk claims, we may apply temporary restrictions within 24 hours while evidence is reviewed.
- Repeated or severe violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or account termination.
- Treat other creators with respect when using Sorasy’s sharing features.
- Keep discussions focused on creative feedback; no personal attacks, harassment, or sensitive personal data.
- External links inside comments are limited to
sorasy.com resources. Any other links are automatically removed.
- Comments may be moderated or removed at our discretion if they violate these Terms or create security risk.
- Repeated violations of these community rules can result in account suspension.
- Video generation costs 1 credit per video, regardless of duration or quality
- Credits are consumed only upon successful video generation
- Failed generations do not consume credits
- Credits expire 30 days after purchase
- Free Plan: 50 credits (one-time)
- Pro Plan: 1000 credits per month for $9.99
- Credit Packages: Additional credits available for purchase
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
We want you to be satisfied with our service. Here's our refund policy:
Eligible for Refund:
- Technical issues preventing video generation within 7 days of purchase
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service outages lasting more than 24 hours within 7 days of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Unused credits (credits are non-refundable once purchased)
- Dissatisfaction with generated video quality (subjective preferences)
- Credits that have already been used for successful video generation
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
Refund Process:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and reason for refund request
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Automatic Refunds:
- Failed video generations automatically refund credits to your account
- No action needed from you for failed generation refunds
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
- Generate content that violates our content restrictions
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
- Use automated systems to generate excessive content
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
- Sorasy and our platform are protected by intellectual property laws
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are our property
- Our software, algorithms, and technology are proprietary
- You retain ownership of content you create
- You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery
- You may not use our intellectual property without permission
- We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
- Video generation times may vary based on demand and system load
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
- We will provide advance notice for significant changes
- We are not liable for service interruptions or modifications
- We collect data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Generated videos are stored temporarily (30 days) for download
- We may use anonymized data to improve our services
- We implement industry-standard security measures
- We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary for service delivery
- You are responsible for the security of content you generate
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee specific video quality or content
- We are not responsible for third-party technology failures
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for content generated using our services
- You may terminate your account at any time
- Unused credits are forfeited upon termination
- You may download your generated videos before termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- We may terminate services with 30 days' notice
- We may immediately suspend accounts for serious violations
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware, United States
- Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration
- You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
- We may update these Terms from time to time
- Material changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes
